Update: Release about COVID-19

As we follow the impact of the COVID-19, the health and safety of our employees and businesses remain our top priority. Due to COVID-19 and government regulations currently in place, we are operating with limited personnel at the office to support all essential services. Our sales and application personnel are fully set up to work from remote locations to provide you with all the necessary support. As of now, we continue to meet the product and services needs of all essential services industries.

We recognize that you may have concerns about getting out in your community or have employees who may not be able to access your business at this time. We offer digital/online solutions to stay productive. Using the remote diagnostic software that’s included for many of our CNC models, we have the ability to provide high-quality training and technical support.

We are prepared to navigate these challenging circumstances with the health and safety of our business customers and employees at the top of our minds. We are here and will work with you to support all your service needs.

We will continue to monitor the situation and send out additional information and updates as required.

First of all, Fagor Automation would like to send their energy and strength to those affected by the virus. We also wanted to publicly recognize all the health and safety professionals who are constantly working in health centers and hospitals.

We are following official recommendations from around the world and have taken measures to prevent the disease from continuing to spread internally. Some of our employees are already working remotely; while others will limit their exposure to other employees to only communication over the phone, video calls, and other forms of digital communication. We are also employing cleaning procedures to ensure our offices remain properly disinfected. 

Our mission is to continue providing solutions to our clients while taking the necessary precautions throughout the pandemic. We will continue to proceed responsibly in providing our service to our loyal customers, suppliers, and collaborators so that we may minimize our impact to their efficiency. 

We will continue to attend to the demands of our clients as planned.
